Vector Remote Care’s patient support team helps patients set up their cardiac device monitors and tells them when to send their monitoring data.

Receiving an implanted cardiac device—pacemaker, defibrillator, or loop recorder—can be a big, worrisome change. To support you while you adjust to your new device (and beyond!), your cardiology clinic partners with Vector Remote Care. Remote cardiac monitoring lets your care team monitor your heart and implanted device from your home. This means fewer doctor visits, less time in the hospital, and faster care from your doctor—if you stay connected.

Vector’s patient support team is here to help you get and stay connected. We’ll help you set up your monitor if you’re having trouble. We’ll tell you (by phone call, text, or mail) when to send us your monitoring data, and we’ll contact you if you miss a transmission. We’ll send your doctor up-to-date reports so s/he knows your health is on track and can quickly contact you if there’s a concern.
